Caliber Collision Recycled Rides Nomination Form

Caliber Collision is proud to partner with major insurance companies and our vendors to refurbish and donate vehicles to families and service organizations in need throughout our markets. Vehicles are donated throughout the year based on availability. We will keep your nomination on file and submit it for consideration as vehicles become available in your geographic region.

Recipient criteria:

• Nominated individual must have a valid driver’s license and be able to insure and maintain the vehicle
• If selected to receive a Recycled Rides vehicle, information about the recipient provided in this nomination may be used for publicity and media purposes.
