Caliber Combines With AbraGet Updates

At Caliber, we’re committed to giving back to our soldiers who gave so much, and proudly partner with several amazing organizations who share that mission. During the 2017 holiday season, we joined forces with Celebration of Love to put on an event that’s truly one for the books, honoring three military service members and their families by restoring the rhythm of their lives.

Celebration of Love is an organization dedicated to supporting veterans and active-duty soldiers, showing appreciation for all they’ve done – and continue to do – for our country. When we learned about Celebration of Love’s many campaigns to fight hunger, aid in emergency disaster situations and provide assistance to our veterans, we knew they’d make a perfect partner in our ongoing effort to honor and support our nation’s heroes.

Each year, several active-duty soldiers and veterans are nominated by their communities to receive one of three newly refurbished vehicles, provided by our very own Recycled Rides program. At this year’s Celebration of Love event in Fort Hood, TX, alongside an energized crowd and live music, we gifted those vehicles to three highly deserving military families, cultivating an atmosphere of warmth, respect, and appreciation for all that they do to keep our own families safe across the United States.

Beyond Celebration of Love, our Recycled Rides program remains active year-round, and works to alleviate the transportation hardships of struggling families throughout the country, most of whom are veterans. Since 2012, we’ve gifted a total of 186 newly refurbished vehicles to families in need, and have increased that number with every passing year, gifting 58 vehicles in 2017 alone.

It’s because of partnerships like these that we’re able to maximize the number of lives we restore every year. We’re grateful to Celebration of Love, and to the soldiers across the globe who protect us every day. From each and every one of our teammates here at Caliber Collision, we wish you the happiest of holidays, and we’re excited to continue our mission of restoring the rhythm of more and more military service members’ lives in 2018 and beyond.
