I got my car back on July 30th so the repairs took 26 days. I used Caliber because they are in partnership with State Farm and SF was paying for the repairs. I'm glad I came to Caliber, especially this location. Yes, it took a lot longer than I thought to get my car back but the representatives at Caliber are in contact with you 1-2 times a week and completely transparent about the progress of the repairs. There were even times when I called my representative and she was unavailable at the time but called me back within the hour. I'm very happy to have my car back and 100% satisfied with Caliber's service and work. They even vacuumed the inside of my car before I picked it up."

"Similar experience with estimate as others. Sure it could be faster. Took a week to make an appointment for it and needed to schedule an appointment to get it fixed the next week after. Was approximately a 19 hour job and they fixed it in 3-4 days. They did a great job fixing the damaged area and then some. They even cleaned the inside of the car, man, both front and rear seats along with my floor covers (with a vacuum i presume.) Whatever pitfall for they're scheduling, they made up in repairs and service. Your car will look great."

"I went here because they are a USAA verified and approved auto shop. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of finding a good place just to do a small repair, and I've generally had a good and trustworthy experience with USAA. I was a little frustrated when they said I would have to wait 3 weeks just to get the damage inspected, but it was only a minor dent so it didn't ruin my schedule that much. Once I got the car in, they were able to make another appointment the next day to bring it in (I couldn't leave it there that day, so that wasn't their fault.) I brought it in on a Monday and got the car back on a Thursday, sooner than I expected! They estimated that the work would take a week, and it was only three days! I'm happy with my customer service experience as well. The folks at the front desk seemed like young/inexperienced employees, but they held a generally professional demeanor and were very helpful and willing to ask for help when they didn't know the answer. The mechanics came out to the front and showed me to my car and gave me a brief overview of their work. It was nice to have that one-on-one experience and I felt like my car was in good hands."
