"My wife ended up with a busted sunroof on her pathfinder during a rainstorm driving down 288. We ended up going through Geico insurance and chose caliber collision in alvin and were very pleased with the repairs done. They were able to get all the water stains out and install a brand new sunroof all within the week. Max was very easy going and although i got frustrated at one point he reassured me and even had his manager call me multiple times to let me know that things would work out as they say and sure enough they did. Very happy with the service done and will be a returning customer."

"check it out I dropped the vehicle off. They got to me very quickly helped in setting me up in a rental car. while the work was being done. Paola Medel called me as soon as see contacted the insurance company for the approval to start the work on the truck. then keep me updated with each step of the process when parts were ordered when they would be in. Contacted me again as soon as the work was to begin and with the finish date.the work was done very quickly and they did quality work as a matter of fact it looked as good as when I bought it. I would give a shout out to the shop people for maintaining clean shop. this tells me a lot about the quality of work I will see done. most of the time clean shop = quality work. I do not do computer. but CALIBER COLLISION did great job on my truck so went to my brothers to put this out there. jon,"

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
