Meanwhile, the Adjuster, Gary Bussard and an additional staff member, Lylianna were very friendly and helpful, and were thorough and clear about what needed to be done and how long things will take. They make arrangements for your loaner car to meet you here and have a comfortable waiting area. Lylianna even helped me with personal homework that I needed assistance with while I was waiting. "I was involved in a minor accident (not my fault) and the other driver's insurance is associated with this shop. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Employees were friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout the process (appreciated getting text updates regarding the status of my repair). When my car was returned (looking like the accident had never happened!) the inside had been wiped down as well, which was a very nice surprise. Overall, this shop made an otherwise stressful experience pain-free, which was greatly appreciated! My only complaint (not significant enough to make this a non 5 star review) is the amount of time it took to A) get in for the initial estimate and B) actually get the car fixed. From the time of the accident, it took several weeks to get an appointment for an estimate, and after the estimate, I had to wait a month for them to take my car in for repair. I know the fact that they're busy is a good sign, but I did have to drive around with a pretty significant scratch on my car for a couple months. "I recently brought my 2009 Toyota Camery in on January 4th, 2018 for significant body damage resulting from a car accident I suffered in December of 2017. The damage to my vehicle was substantial; estimated at $4,379 with six days to repair. This was my first time scheduling an appointment with Caliber Collision and throughout the entire process from start to finish I cannot state how extremely satisfied and happy I am with the level of professionalism, courtesy, responsiveness, accuracy, and convenience provided by this staff. The entire process from scheduling to billing and payment leading up to pick was seamless and efficient.
My past experience with other auto body shops have been less than satisfactory which was a frustrating and stressful process. What made my experience with Caliber pleasant was the level of customer service provided by Ms. Cabrera and Ms. Benitez at the front desk. Both Ms. Cabrera and Benitez were very knowledgeable about the claims process with my insurance company (GEICO) and addressed all of my questions with timely useful information for me to plan my work schedule accordingly. In addition, the status updates provided via text messages were accurate and very much appreciated. The quality of the work performed by the technicians was excellent and flawless.
My overall experience with the staff at the Arlington Caliber Collision South Four Mile Drive far exceeded my expectations. If I have a future need for body work or know of anyone within my network that needs work done for their car I will be sure to refer them to this location.
