I was at the dmv earlier today and figured it was worth at least stopping in to Caliber Collision repairs which is a quick walk down the road, and it must’ve been my lucky day because not only did Winston accept the job, but he also saved me over $150 to execute the repair (i was quoted $200 min for labor in DC shops). "Let me start with the obvious Core Values this repair location has. Integrity first, Service before self and excellence in all we do. I've been to a few repair shops around Virginia, even Florida because my job requires me to travel and I always feel uncomfortable because I know how dealer/repair shops operate when it comes to "money", so, of course, I felt uneasy when coming here. "Winston was very helpful from start to finish. I was apprehensive about the plan to repair vs replace our bumper; he assured me that this would be carefully assessed and I would be kept informed along the way. Not only was I routinely texted regarding decisions and progress, but the work was completed sooner than anticipated. And it looks terrific! Winston and the body shop team did a great job. "Caliber Collision had my car for a little over a week and I was updated regularly about the status. I work 12 hour shifts and Winston was so great and offered to drive my car to my work to switch out the rental."

"I drove by this shop this morning; never been there and I had no appointment but the shop looked clean, inviting and well organized. I had an emblem which had fallen off my car trunk after the brush roller in a car wash knocked it off. The office worker here asked me to be seated and she took my emblem to the work area. After a few minutes, a shop worker came out with my emblem buffed up like new and replaced it on my trunk lid. When I went to the desk to pay, they said no charge! I even offered to buy lunch for the worker for what he did for me and they wouldn't take my money. I have never been treated so kindly by any business in Arlington and I've lived here for decades. "After someone hit our car, MetLife directed us to Caliber for an estimate and repair. I bough the car in at the appointed time and met with Rachel to go over the damage. She phoned later that day with the estimate, and the probable date for completion of the work. I received daily updates of the progress and the car was completed as promised. When I picked up the car, it looked and smelled brand new, cleaner then when I bought it. In finalizing the paperwork, there was a problem with the deductable, which Rachel got on the phone with MetLife and solved immediately. Her professionalism showed throughout the process, and was very helpful in any and all questions and concerns that I had. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
