The replaced parts work and look great and the paint job makes it seem like nothing ever happened. The manager Tony was amazing and he's got a great team around him. They really understand customer service including giving me a lift to the rental car place and delivering my car to my home. Love getting the text and phone message updates and they even finished a few days early the 1st time. Can't recommend them enough. As a business owner myself these guys really get it."

"Although Caliber Collision did an amazing job, I hope to never have to see them again!! They are very efficient and diligent here. Caliber made my car look like it didn’t even know what high impact damage was! Like it never even happened. They gave me real time updates almost every day, which was really great. At other shops I feel like I’m left in the dark while my car is being worked on, but at Caliber Collision, there’s nothing but light baby. They even let me use my car while parts were being ordered, which is something other body shops would not let me do. I explained my situation to Tony and how I just didn’t want to have to pay for a rental while my car just sits there and waits for parts, he understood my dilemma and let me take my car back after an inspection. They even detailed my car after the job was done! Thank you to Tony and his amazing team. Will definitely be back here if I ever crash again, but as I said, hopefully not!"

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
