"Fantastic customer service at this location! I called on Friday evening about the plastic cover on the bottom of my car and spoke to Spencer about coming in on Monday morning to get it fixed. Sure enough, they were ready for me when I rolled up at 7:00 this morning and had me turned around and on the road in less than ten minutes! I couldn't have asked for an easier or more pleasant experience. Will be going back with any further car trouble in the future! Thanks for all the help, guys!"

"Another driver sideswiped our 2020 Nissan Altima while pulling into the parking space next to us. The driver's side door and mirror were damaged. Fortunately the driver admitted fault and his insurance company agreed to pay for the repair of our car. I chose the Caliber Collision across from the Sonic on McNeil Drive between Parmer and US 183 because it is less than 10 minutes from work. Check-in was a snap and took less than 5 minutes. Caliber called Enterprise who gave me a ride to their store on 183. My advisor Micah kept me updated throughout the repair process. Since my vehicle is a 2020, parts are hard to come by so it was difficult finding the replacement mirror glass. Micah advised me of the delay and also kept Progressive updated so they would extend my rental car authorization. Micah continued to keep me updated when the replacement mirror glass was found and installed. In the end, the "delay" ended up being a non-issue. I was able to pick up my car with all repairs completed. You can't tell that it was ever damaged. I hope that there is no need to have my car repaired again, but if I do, I am definitely going to choose Caliber Collision ."

The body of my 16 years old beat up minivan looked amazing afterward. He even paid for an extra day of my rental car when my insurance denied it. Joe was the next person we met when I took my daughter's car in. He managed to fix our car free of charge. "There is not a drop down for the 132322 N. RR 620 Austin, Texas 78750, so I put the nearest location on the list. My review: Shayleen Powell was outstanding in the handling of my car repairs. She definitely deserves a "10" in all categories. The repairs were done sooner than the original estimate, which I appreciated. The technicians that did the repair work also deserve a "10" for their efforts. I am totally satisfied with Caliber Collision and recommend this location. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
