"Accidents suck, especially on a car you're making payments on. I have a specialty vehicle that required some work at the Audi North dealership as well as most of the work here at Caliber. This specific shop is an Audi specialty shop. As a result of the dealership scratching my newly replaced front bumper and later losing an engine shield, my car was delayed twice. Due to the dealer mishandling my vehicle, my car took 2 months to complete. When everything was going sour, the manager (Ronan), assistant manager (Justin), and my personal account manager (Jason) stepped up in a meaningful way. They were excellent at communication the entire time, and took ownership of what was their fault--most of which was the fault of the dealers. Nevertheless, they ensured that no matter how frustrated I was and how unfortunate the circumstances got, that I walk away a satisfied and happy customer. Well, they did just that. They deserve the recognition and have all my respect. Just because of those 3 folks, especially Jason, I know every customer will be treated with respect and like family. In the worst scenario, they have proven it to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you bring your car here. You'll get it back the way one should receive their vehicle--and they'll ensure you're happy and taken care of. Class acts! Everyone else, take notes."

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
