"I was involved in a minor parking lot accident. Called USAA immediately and they recommended Caliber Collision on I-35 in South Austin. USAA contacted them and scheduled an appointment for the next day (all while I waited on the phone). Erik met with us and gave us an estimate on the car repairs and told us exactly what would take place during the repairs. We left the car and was promised that it would be ready by the end of the next week. Erik called and/or texted me daily with an update and I was pleasantly surprised to have the car repaired sooner than expected. They did a fantastic job. I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and outstanding work. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any autobody repairs."

"My 2013 Lexus ES 350 was backed into in a parking lot and hit gently on the right front fender. Connie at the front desk is the sweetest and most helpful young lady and Joey (my repair representative) did a wonderful job ensuring all of the repairs from my minor fender bender were taken care of in greater detail than I ever imagined. The fender appeared to just have a dent and scratch where the fender meets the bumper, which was also scraped. My parking sensor warning light was also on and parking sensors were no working. The initial estimate was only a few hundred dollars and covered by the insurance of the person who backed into my car. Joey had my alignment checked and discovered the camber adjustment was not correct and discovered damaged suspension parts requiring the entire suspension system on the right front of my car to be replaced and then aligned. He also had my wheel x-rayed to ensure that it was not cracked. My fender and front bumper were fixed and painted and a parking sensor was also replaced. In addition to correcting the obvious damage and all of the hidden damage, he also buffed out a scrape I had on one of my exterior mirrors and another small scratch on the left front fender. I could not have been more pleased with the way I was treated at this Caliber Collision location. My car looks even better now than it did prior to my fender bender thanks to the excellent repairs Joey had completed for me at a cost to the insurance company of about $3,500, and would recommend any accident repairs needed to be corrected on any vehicle be done right here. I will definitely be a repeat customer should the need ever arise in the future."

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
