The staff was friendly, understanding, professional and helpful! My car was repaired, and you would never have known it was in an accident. It was nicely detailed before they returned it to me! I greatly appreciate the time and care that was taken fixing my car, they texted and called me with updates with the car while it was in their care, and again, nicely washed and vacuumed before it was returned to me! "My daughter had an accident Dec. 26 we brought the car to caliber on Dec. 30. We met with Kelly Rossey (she’s awesome) I explained to her our situation that my daughter had to be back to school 3 1/2 hrs away by Jan 5 but we could maybe get a few more days. With New Years n the weekend etc I knew caliber would need more time! Let me just say Kelly n everyone at caliber was amazing! She called when she said she would n kept me informed n to my amazement the car is done! It looks great you’d never know it was wrecked! And best part my daughter gets back to school in time for spring classes!! Soooooo thank you isn’t even enough to say but I think Kelly could see how happy she made my daughter!!! "This is a great place to bring your vehicle to get repaired. They let you know step by step what their going to do and contact you by phone and email with updates. It didn't take long for them to get the parts for the vehicle put them on and paint the vehicle. I couldn't even tell that my vehicle was in an accident and they finished everything right before the holidays. I highly suggest that you take your vehicle here you won't be disappointed. Everyone one there is nice and does everything to make sure your ok doing the process of waiting for your vehicle to be repaired."

From the moment I entered until the moment I left with my repaired vehicle, I was treated respectfully, courteously, and expeditiously. I appreciated the updates/status reports, knowing in advance of pickup the cost of repairs, and, of course the excellent repair job. Sorry I don't remember other staff names, but everybody had an appropriate attitude--business-like but friendly. I do remember Bob because I had more contact with him. He and all others I met could well train others giving service to the public, how to do it! I am rarely totally impressed these days with start-to-finish service. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
