"'Accidents Happen' - so the saying goes. All your day's plans have now been side lined due to one false step at an intersection. The reality slowly sets in as you call in the claim, reschedule your day and make acquaintances with a body shop. You're tired, possibly soar from injury (hopefully not) and now some team, whom you've never met previously will essentially tear down your favorite car or truck in the first step towards the recovery process; discovery. "You will never be the same" - you quietly whisper to your favorite vehicle in the shop yard before leaving. "But I'll see you in a few weeks and we'll go for a drive again." You thank the team you just met and drive home in your new rental. Things feel slightly better - but you know in your heart, your favorite ride wont drive like she used to. A few days go past and you are contacted by a man named Neil. Don't mind the New England accent (unless of course you are originally from New England and understand that this accent generally equates to highly competent guys that can do just about anything - typically in below freezing temperatures.) Neil will run through the proposal and address your issues well before you do. He'll cover the difference between new and salvaged parts, logistics, estimated costs, schedule......pretty much any detail impacting your repair plan. 'We good then?' He'll ask. You say "Yes' (not because you need to - but rather because you actually feel that way.) and sign the bottom of the proposal, thus beginning the start of your re-build. A few weeks go past (as in my case) - and you are wondering what they have done with cars these days, as your shiny rental turns itself off at every stop light to save fuel and beeps loudly anytime any object larger than a tennis ball comes within 5 feet of it. During this time, Neil has kept you informed on progress made in relation to schedule, dealings with insurance and any other detail influencing the delivery date. His final call to you is tell you simply 'Come pick her up!' You head back to the shop, actually okay now with the idea that your ride will be a lesser version of itself. You arrive and realize that you couldn't have been more wrong. Bright and shiny, looking like just off the lot - no evidence what so ever that you were center punched at an intersection three weeks ago. 'I bet it feels different to drive' you think alone. You get the keys, take it around the block and you're pleasantly surprised. It handles better, feels tighter in wheel with even a hint of extra pick-up. Wrong you are again. 'Lesser version' fades as 'full recovery' comes into view. And back to normalized life you head. To Neil Demers and his highly trained staff at Caliber Collision, Lomita. - My Sincerest Thank You for an exceptionally smooth process and giving me back my favorite ride in better shape than before the accident itself. "I had to come here as it was one of the places recommended by the Insurance of the person that backed up into me. Honestly, it was just a treat from the easy appointment and no wait time to the very nice receptionist. The person assigned to me was Dayon and he was pretty much the nicest guy I have EVER met in a collision shop environment. He kept finding ways for me to AVOID doing unnecessary repairs instead of upselling me in what else I may need or may be wrong with the car. If there is any other time I have an issue with my car - I am going straight back here, no question. By the way - the repair was about a third of the cost quoted to me by the BMW dealership."

"I had a car accident 3 months ago, someone bumped into my 2 right side doors. I went in a morning to Caliber Collision on Robertson. Ray and Dayon welcomed me friendly. They looked at my car and told me I would have an estimate by the end of the day. Only few hours after I received the estimate, thank you Dayon for your professionalism. They informed me that they will keep my car for 3 weeks. Ray went beyong and organized a rental car for me, it was a detail that made a difference comparing to other body shop car repair!!! I was surprised went they called me earlier than the 3 weeks to te tell me that my car was repaired. Went to pick it up, it looked great!!! Bravo to the team!!! I am recommanding you to go there if you are looking for professional friendly people who made the job done properly!"

First they were very professional, very kind, and kept us updated during the process. Second the cherry on the cake is that they were able to finish the work few days before they estimated it to end. Amazing team with a great leader, Ray M. is very nice, and made us feel better when we were very stressed out. Our car was fixed perfectly and came out as new. We did not have any problems, the system is transparent, they are clear with what they do, they communicate with the client, I am glad I went there and let them fix our car. I highly recommend this place."

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
