"So I just got engaged a few months ago to the love of my life. My beautiful fiance left her ring on the center counsel of our car, in order to put lotion on her hands. Somehow someway the ring slipped into he ashtray and fell behind it and under my ashtray by the gear shift. Of course immediate panic set in for both of us. I called dealership after dealership looking for someone who would help us recover the ring. No one seemed to empathize with how scary and sad it might be for us during the happiest time our lives. Dealerships were telling me that it would be a week or even TWO before they could even come take a look and SEE if they could help me. I then decided to give Caliber Collision a call because I knew they did body work and figured they might be able to work with me or at least give me direction. The front desk assistant immediately empathized with me and offered for me to come in and speak with a specialist IMMEDIATELY. I sat in the waiting room for maybe five minutes and I was greeted by a specialist (who I can't remember his name because I'm still on cloud nine) but he walked out to my car, listened to my story and tugged on a part of my counsel and out came the ring! He smiled and told me that it was the easiest service he ever gave and they didn't even CHARGE me for the help. That is quality customer service and I can't appreciate them enough. I will always think of Caliber Collision first if I ever need any work done on my car, because I can trust that they are here to help me and not just try to make the most money possible. We can't thank them enough and I know we will be back there in the future!"

"ASK FOR BEN BECAUSE HE IS AMAZING!!! I only needed minor work done and waited 2 MONTHS from felix sabet... DON'T GO THERE... they lie about EVERYTHING.. and even the manager said my employees suck... GO HERE... What took Felix 2 months to get done these guys knocked it out in 24 hours and not only do they do a Amazing job I even got my car back cleaner then I brought it to them... Ben if you read this thank you so much I can't be more grateful for your work!!"

"My 2017 Ford F250 was damaged by a deer. I was going to take it to the Ford dealership but went and spoke to Service Advisor Joseph Matthews. I explained to him that I was going out of town and that I didn't think they would be able to get it done. Joseph ensured me that he would everything in his power to make sure I was able to make the trip. Because of him I decided to leave my vehicle there. and he didn't disappoint my vehicle was done when he said it would be and he was even helping the detail guy clean my vehicle for me. I would recommend Joseph if you need any car or truck needs. Thank you again for the professional job. He is what customer service should be."

"Had a minor scratch from a weekend in the mountains, got swiped by the metal edge of a snowboard. Took it to a couple shops around town for estimates and Caliber Luxury was the last place I was checking before I selected a shop. They were able to fix it up for free in less than 15 minutes while others wanted me to leave it for 3-4 hours and charge over $75. Jason Pope helped out and did an amazing job! you can't even tell where it was scratched. I'd recommend anyone taking their car here if they want anything done right! Thanks Guys!" - Justin

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
