"I brought my car in to repair a rear bumper. Grace ordered the bumper replacement so I wouldn't have to be without my car for a week or two and she let me know when it arrived which was great. I only had a check for the initial estimate from the other party's insurance company. Grace told me that I would have to pay more than the estimate due to the extra screening to check for other damages, so when I told her about my situation, she decided to waive the screening fee! My car was done the day I brought it in and the finished product looks great. They even washed my car despite the rain! Really excellent service, Grace went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of quickly and courteously. I highly recommend them for your repair needs."

"These guys deserve a major shout out! Second time I've used them for a different vehicle. Dustin was amazing! Explained the whole process from start to finish, kept me informed throughout the repairs and delivered me a car that looks just like the original now! Anyone who tries to go to a body shop and get the repairs done for "cheap", always remember: cheaper is more expensive in the long run (unfortunately, I'm a victim of this elsewhere). "I was in an accident and AAA had to put my car on a flat bed. They took it to Calibur Collision and just as we pulled up they were locking their doors for the night. They reopened the doors, let the driver unload my car and took all my information. They were very accommodating and patient with me. "I was in an accident a few weeks ago with a huge truck on the freeway (truck's fault!) - luckily I wasn't hurt physically, but it really hurt emotionally because I could have been killed. I went to my local Caliber Collision center in Canyon Country (California) and met the most caring, amazing people. When our vehicle came back with the alignment just 1/8" off, they refused to return it to us until it was up to their standards AND Volvo. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
