"Today was my first time at Caliber Collision and I had an excellent experience. I ripped off the front bumper of my Honda Accord late Tuesday afternoon and they fit me in for an appointment early Wednesday morning. Karina at the front desk was super sweet, helpful and professional. My Service Adviser was Rusty and he was absolutely great. He temporarily screwed my bumper into place so that I could drive to work and wrote me an estimate for a new bumper. He was very informative and helpful. He walked me through my options and explained everything to me in detail. I was in and out in under one hour. When you're dealing with something as upsetting as a damaged car, it helps to have a friendly staff who makes you feel better about the situation. These guys are great as well. If your insurance is with geico, they also have a geico office connected to this site as well. "We have been a repeat customer unfortunately due to accidents caused by others, hail damage and our recent episode after a repair work by a garage. Our representative Stephanie Jerkin went above and beyond her responsibilities to be a strong advocate for us with the claims company representing the offending garage. She was the only person who really cared about our situation and she made sure the vehicle was properly assessed for damages and they were fixed accordingly. I can't say enough good things about this location and the service received." - Stan

"After a too-close encounter with a garage door that left a tiny dent with two wide and lengthy stripes on the front passenger door followed by a too-close encounter with a post in a different garage that scuffed my bumper, I decided that my car needed some professional help (and I needed help in garages). I called my insurance company and stated that I wanted to have the work done at Caliber Collision. Much to my relief, but surprise, I was informed that Caliber Collision was a preferred body work facility by my insurance company and I would not need to have the damage inspected by my insurance company first or have three different estimates submitted prior to authorization. My insurance company is Amica, and I knew that Caliber Collision must be reputable for Amica to waive the usual protocol. So, I scheduled an appointment, and Jonathan inspected the damage. He removed the paint from both locations in ten minutes while I waited in the reception area. The tiny dents remain, barely visible, because I could not justify spending hundreds of dollars to repair two tiny dents that had not penetrated the paint; therefore, the sites will not rust. The charge for the service was that I write a review. There was no other cost. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. From my observations and personal contact with Jonathan and the receptionist, the personnel are professional, courteous, and friendly. Even the rough estimate that Jonathan provided to return my car to manufacturer's specifications was reasonable. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
