About  Chestertown

Located near Church Hill, Centerville, and Millington, we’re at the center of a thriving, diverse community. Our priority is Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life®.

With customers that come to us from across the state and from all walks of life, all of our customers do have one thing in common: their post-accident experience gets a little better once they come to Caliber. By becoming direct repair facilities for insurance companies like Geico, we’re able to simplify the process and reduce the amount of paperwork you have to fill out.

Another thing our customers tend to have in common is questions. Our Chestertown staff is not only familiar with handling your inquiries, but they also encourage them. If something isn’t adding up or you’re confused about the repair process, please feel free to swing by our offices or give us a phone call during our business hours. If we aren’t able to find your answer immediately, we’ll get you one as fast as we can.

For questions that deal with the final cost of your repairs, you may want to get an online quote through our website. Our estimates come at no additional cost and can prevent sudden or last-minute surprises when it comes time to pay. Keep in mind that we also do a final appraisal in person so that we can give you the most accurate number possible.

In addition to our I-CAR Gold Class Certification, our Chesterfield location has also received a certificate for Automotive Service Excellence. This isn’t a coincidence. Our team prides itself on providing top-notch customer service to everyone that walks through the door and delivering high-quality work in areas such as auto-glass, paint, and dent repair.

Our reputation for producing high-quality results may have to do with our quality assurance team. After the repairs have been finished, our quality assurance team double-checks your vehicle to make sure you’re getting the best result possible. When that’s over, we’ll focus on getting you back on the road with our on-time delivery service.

Fixing your vehicle isn’t the only area we pay attention to: by supporting the local community through organizations like The Eastern of Maryland Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, we’ve spent years giving back to the same community that’s given so much to us. We even include opportunities for our customers to do the same if they want to.

We are devoted to being environmentally friendly and leading the industry with our green commitment.

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.

Thank you for your business and support.
