"**HAPPY ENDING*** I accidentally dropped my debit card down in the door of the driver's window. It would take 7-10 days to receive a replacement card from my credit union. So I attempted to open the door panel myself but I was afraid of breaking it. I found Caliber Collision on the internet and I called them. I told them my situation and they said to bring my car in and one of their technicians can work on it and all I would have to do is "tip" the technician. When I got there, the manager immediately asked me for my keys, he drove it away to a technician, and in about 10 minutes the manager approaches me with my debit card and my keys and says it's done!! I reached in my purse to give him a tip and he would not take it. He said don't worry about it, it was no big deal. He and his staff were super friendly and I cannot express how much I appreciate their help with my situation. I am very thankful for what they did for me!!! THANK YOU!!!" - Jolanda
