"I had an issue concering a repair on my car. I was not completely satisfied. I was told by the emplyee that he had to talk to the manager because the redo was done as a courtesy and supposedly not part of the initial damages. I was also told that I would get a call back on the issue one way or the other. It has been over a week and I have not heard from anyone. That is poor customer service. It would have been nice if I had received a return call regardless of the decision since that's what I was told. I might be one of few, but I would do business with your establishment again." - Denise
