"Brought in my car here because it was hit by another person, who left a considerable amount of damage on my car. Evan provided excellent service and kept me updated throughout the repair of my car. My car was fixed sooner than expected! It looked brand new-- the hit was a blessing in disguise. They even washed my car for me and gave me some freebies! I recommend this place for fast and excellent service and I will definitely return if something else ever happens to me in the future."

"So it did take awhile for us to get the car back due to the headlight registration thru benz , only Benz was able to do it so they had it for quite a bit only thing sucks we spent over 1k alone in rentals which I guess her insurance or caliber wasn't able to compensate us for any ... due to the fact the insurance Company failed to notify my girlfriend about the policy and rental covers , either way Maria helped her through it all , total in damages was over 8k only had to come out 500$ for insurance deductible overall satisfied , because she literally only had the car no more then a week or 2 ... insurance is always helpful ."

"I ran into a pole 2 years prior to bringing it to Caliber Collision to get it fixed. It was rusting and the fender was showing obvious damage. When I picked up my car after the repairs, it looked brand new! There was no evidence that I was ever in an accident. They were great with communication and answered all of my questions. "Had gotten in a small fender bender and I choose this location because it is down the street from my job. The entire experience was so stress free and easy. I'm someone who doesn't really know about this stuff but the girl at the front desk was so helpful. Also the young man who helped me (His name is Evan) he was so helpful and informative. He made sure I understood the entire process and made it so easy for me to feel at ease. They had given me an 1 week timeline for my car to be competed and it only took 2 days. So impressed! Plus they have snacks!"

"Having auto body work done is always a stressful experience, but Caliber Collision makes it as pleasant as possible. I was little skeptical since i was told this use to be west coast customs and was unsure on what to expect .It was beautifully remodeled .Its actually the nicest body shop I have ever been to . Erika, at the front desk is welcoming and courteous and even remembers your name lol . I have observed her being thoughtful, even offering to make popcorn for young children waiting with their parents. There is a clean and comfortable area to wait with plenty of seats. When you make an appointment, they take you on time and you are in and out quickly. Allison , my service rep, provided constant updates .My Mercedes was a total loss as sad as I was she was very nice. I appreciate all of her help and patience on my English speaking proficiency . All in all, I would recommend Caliber wholeheartedly and without reservation to friends and family. They are professional, honest, and respectful of your time.. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
