"Our 15 year old Camry was backed into while parked, rendered it legally not drivable because to drive it I had to enter from the passenger side. Caliber Collision was first named repair center as it has a relationship with USAA, the person's insurance company. We got a rental that was a pleasure to drive since our car is on the old side. Jason was professional and courteous throughout the process, and I later learned the degree to which he advocated for them not to "total" our car. It was a close call, but we absolutely appreciated getting a repaired car back instead of a check that wouldn't have paid for us to have wheels."

"I had a problem with the passenger side fender being bent out of position and the underneath trim loose, all due to a car which sits very low to the ground and, consequently, easily scrapes speed bumps, holes, curbs, etc. I took the car to Caliber Collision -- no hassle, very little down time, reasonable, and Jimmy was very honest and helpful. I was thrilled with the results. So, wouldn't you know, two days later the front bumper on passenger front fender is bent out of position due to a high curb. I went in -- and felt very foolish -- explaining the situation to Jimmy. Oh my goodness, he fixed it on the spot. I could not believe it. I also took the car to another collision facility -- a dent on the top of the driver's fender from a falling branch during a storm -- and was told that they would have to repaint the fender and a few other things and it would cost about $700. I got a price from Caliber Collision for a fraction of the price because it was a very simple fix. I am 73 year old woman, still working, and Jimmy was very honest and did not treat me like he was going to take advantage of the situation. Laura Leigh"

"I had an excellent experience at Caliber Collision this week. Of course having to get your car repaired is never fun, the folks here made the process as smooth and painless as possible. The location is super convenient, right in the Galleria Mall area. When I first walked in first thing in the morning the woman at the front desk was super pleasant and friendly. I was assigned to Jimmy who was ready for me at the time of the appointment, reviewed my options with me in a clear and pleasant way, and I was out of there in about 20 minutes. They called my rental car place for me and had them pick me up. My car was ready two days later. Did not expect it to be ready so quickly. It looked like new! Again, Jimmy is great to work with. He called me that morning to let me know it would be ready by the end of the day, so I could plan on picking it up. The woman at the front desk was super helpful, even though she was not feeling well that day, pushed right on through and gave me great customer service. I was able to leave my keys for the rental car with them and again, was out of there in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend this place."

He sent two guys to my workplace at Nordstrom at HIS expense to have it towed back to the shop. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
