I had some small fender damage in one area and it got returned looking brand new, not just where the damage was. They even took care of a small cosmetic issue totally unrelated at no extra cost. "My car got hit and the entire front bumper came off, plus there was some damage to the fender and other parts of the front of the car. I had my car (2020 Hyundai Elantra) towed to Caliber and the estimate/repairs started. The estimate was pretty consistent with the insurance appraisal, and Jose kept me posted on the state of things throughout the process. He called/texted me regularly and was quickly responsive when I reached out to him. My car was finished in a reasonable timeframe and I was able to pick it up when promised. The work looks great and they even cleaned the interior of my car quite nicely. I've had it back for a few days now and had no issues. "After a "self inflicted wound" of catching the front bumper of my Mini Cooper on a concrete parking lot curb stop I tried Caliber Collision for the first time. The whole experience was terrific. Jose Gonzalez handled the whole process keeping me informed all the way through and handling all the insurance side of things. There was actually more damage to the front end than one would expect but Jose had photos and explained exactly what had been damaged and what new parts had been installed. "This particular location is in an area with a significant black population. There should be more art with images of black people and people of color on the walls to better reflect the community and customer base. There was also some sort of miscommunications around a schedule change and I'm having to wait for a technician." - Porchia

"I am in the business of customer experience. I want to applaud you for your efforts to deliver a great experience. I asked USAA to tow my car to Caliber because it is beside my dog's day care. Random right? Long story short, it was totaled by USAA and moved to CoParts. Amber greeted us as we entered, was authentically happy to see us and was so helpful even though we weren't even going to do business that day. I can tell you that I will be back.
