"I’m not a person who usually doesn’t write letter to businesses whether I have a bad or a good experience, but I have decided to make an exception.
I will preface my experience by telling you that when I discovered I was going to have to bring my car back to you because it was leaking water into the electronics. Anxiety is the only thing that came to mind when I remembered my past experience with getting warrantee service.
I have been pleasantly surprised by the exemplary service I have received from all involved in my warrantee claim. I want to thank in peculiar Jake and Rich for their kindness and professionalism in expediting my claim, from the work on my car, getting a rental, and getting reimbursed for the keyless entry module that got shorted out. It is the quality of the people the show the true quality of the company.

"My experience with your company started off rocky & I was making arrangements to take my business elsewhere.... but Jake contacted me and made everything right he was understanding and polite & I want to thank him for that. He didn't make excuses for what had happened but he was up front & honest & in my eyes that's worth a million bucks. When I got to your I-25 & Evans location I didn't know what to expect but I was pleased to meet Sonya at the front desk with her warm smile & sweet personality she made me feel very very welcome. Then I got to meet Terry he was also kind & got my estimate done quickly & explained the process to the T "much appreciated knew exactly what was going to happen he called me & gave updates & also let me know what day my car would be done so I can plan ahead. This is what I expected from my 1st visit but I am (grateful to have meet these 3 wonderful people) I was in & out within 15 minutes or less.
On 2/27/15 I picked up my car & I was greeted by Sonya right away by the way she is great! I got to meet with Jake in person & we looked over my car & he was so kind as to help me put my kids car seats in my car. My car looks amazing!!! & my experience with caliber collisions was amazing at this location. I felt welcome & my time was valuable to everyone there I also want to thank the 3 of you for your helping me & for the wonderful experience!!! "Having never had any body damage on my vehicle(s) , I was nervous about the whole process of repair. "I had a very successful repair experience with this shop during the summer. Last week I was getting gasoline nearby and after checking the oil I was unable to insert the dipstick back in. I drove the one block over to Caliber and a mechanic and promptly took care of the problem and sent me on my way. I was very grateful and will always return when necessary. "I brought my car in prior to having my work done so parts could be ordered. I was told that the work would be 2-3 days.
When I did bring my car in no parts were ordered and it would need to be re evaluated for parts, this took three days. The work took another 3 days and thus the time for work was longer than promised.
When I took my car in I made an appointment then to have work done. on a scale of 1-10 I would give you a 7.

"This was terrific service and friendlyhelpful staff! I especially give kudos to Sean, who was an amazing customer service rep! The only hiccup (and it was a big one but not the fault of CAliber Collision, is that I had property stolen from me by the Enterprise Rental service. The Manager there, a young woman whose name I can't remember, lied to me when I called about leaving my property in that car. I called less than one hour after the car was left at Caliber. She said she then checked the car while I waited on the phone, came back to the phone and said nothing was there. Then she told me she'd ask the guy who cleaned the car and get back to me. It never happened. The next and many times thereafter I called to ask and she forgot she'd told me she checked the car herself and told me she'd never see the car and they have no idea where my property got to. I left a linen shirt, a linen dress and a brand new pair of shoes, won only once. HORRIBLE way they handled the matter! Caliber should NOT do business with that Enterprise location. Taking delivery of the repaired car we noticed the expensive floor mats missing. The shop manager, Jake, immediately came forward and procured new floor mats.
