"Got rear-ended and brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for back bumper repair. Was extremely happy with their work, communications, they handled everything with the other drivers insurance, and their overall customer care is top notch. Brenda was a pleasure to work with through the process. And to top it off - they make sure to fully detail (in and out) your car prior to picking up - that's a nice bonus! The only challenge is they are obviously very good at what they do - so it does take time to schedule an estimate and then to schedule the repair - but that is not there fault but rather the amount of business they have - and still do top work! But then they figured out it was most likely a battery discharge issue or something with the shifter and we were able to get the car going again. When I did bring my car in no parts were ordered and it would need to be re evaluated for parts, this took three days. I will preface my experience by telling you that when I discovered I was going to have to bring my car back to you because it was leaking water into the electronics. "This was terrific service and friendlyhelpful staff! I especially give kudos to Sean, who was an amazing customer service rep! The only hiccup (and it was a big one but not the fault of CAliber Collision, is that I had property stolen from me by the Enterprise Rental service. The Manager there, a young woman whose name I can't remember, lied to me when I called about leaving my property in that car. I called less than one hour after the car was left at Caliber. She said she then checked the car while I waited on the phone, came back to the phone and said nothing was there. Then she told me she'd ask the guy who cleaned the car and get back to me. It never happened. The next and many times thereafter I called to ask and she forgot she'd told me she checked the car herself and told me she'd never see the car and they have no idea where my property got to. I left a linen shirt, a linen dress and a brand new pair of shoes, won only once. HORRIBLE way they handled the matter! Caliber should NOT do business with that Enterprise location. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
