"I brought in my car after being smashed in the back and had a few kisses on my right front. Taylor took pictures and gave me an estimate. He went through the whole list of things that needed to be done. He gave me the amount of time it would take. He finished two days early and it was 3 hundred dollars less than what he thought. He was very professional and also quite personable. The place was so clean. Courtney on the front desk was also so friendly. When I got my car it was spotless and it felt like it did on the day I drove it home for the very first time. The body work was amazing. I didn’t know if it would ever look the way it had before being hit. It is perfect. I’ve been spreading the word about Taylor and the shop. "Called Caliber Collision because some douche bag keyed my car at the grocery store. Upon arrival, Delany at the front desk was super prompt and friendly - she did my intake right away and once finished, Rich came out to look at the damage. He was definitely sympathetic about my situation and told me he hoped my car would be ready by the end of the week. Well, they were able to get it done and 2 days and my car looks great! When I went to pick up my car, the process was fast and easy. They even work with Hertz so that you can pick up the rental car and drop it off at the body shop. All in all, a great experience. "My experience with Calibre began on a normal day, and ended almost three weeks into the COVID-19 pandemonium. The beginning proved frustrating - frustrations with technician overseeing myXterra. Adding stress to the uncertainty as CO restrictions began. That all changed when I spoke with the manager. Susan was the epitome of professionalism and grace in crazy, stressful circumstances. I picked up my “resurrected” vehicle, which looked brand new and smelled reassuringly of disinfectant. And it drives and holds the road like new. A little bliss, and less stress, thanks to Susan and the quality of work done. So like new, I drove to Red Rocks for a photo with worthy background.
