"I had my Subaru repaired at this shop (under a different ownership a couple years ago). At the time they did a great job keeping me informed of the progress and dealing with the insurance companies. A couple years later I stopped in because I noticed something was coming loose. Without hesitation they ordered the part and took care of it. They always have friendly and helpful staff in the front office. A couple months ago I hit a high curve in an old shopping center parking area. The whole right side of my bumper got detached from the clips that hold it in place. I walked in and saw the same nice staff but noticed they had new uniforms. They told me it's a new name but the same people. At first they told me that they technically couldn't even touch my car without an appraiser taking a look at it - for liability reasons- which I totally understand. They told me to schedule an appointment etc.... but as I was leaving the lady I spoke with came out with one of the managers. He used the side of his hand to push the bumper back into place and it looks like nothing ever happened. They were so kind! I had an important meeting that day which I would have missed because I couldn't drive my car the way it was. I strongly recommend this body shop. They took great care when I needed major auto body work, stood by their work a couple years later and they got me on the road on a day I really needed my car :)"

"My car was totalled by a jacknut who ran a stop sign and t-boned me. My car was supposed to go to the Caliber Collision location nearest me, in Oakland, but ended up being transported to the Dublin location after a bit of a comedy of errors on the tow company's part. Lou from Caliber kept me well informed as to the progress of my car's estimate (leading to being declared a total loss by my insurance company). He also helped package up all my car's contents and had them couriered back to the Oakland location so I didn't have to go all the way to Dublin to pick them up. I can't speak to how well they actually repair vehicles, but I was impressed by their customer service. #RIPRenegade"

"I was referred by my insurance company to see Caliber Collision after a car accident. It took 3 weeks (which I think is reasonable) from the time they conducted the estimate to get my vehicle back looking brand new. They also found additional damage underneath my vehicle which they addressed as well. There was a miscommunication between my insurance company and Caliber Collision, which required me to intervene on a few occasions. However, Caliber Collision was very professional and responsive throughout the process."

"Caliber Collision is amazing! Someone backed into my vehicle which left quite a bit of damage to the front end of my car. I went to multiple auto body shops for estimates, and ultimately chose Caliber because of their fair price, and more importantly their wonderful staff. I am so glad I chose them, because I got swept up in a mess with the other person's insurance, and Caliber staff, (the front desk receptionists, and Jason), were so helpful in navigating through the insurance fiasco. In addition my car was repaired and looking like brand new in the time they estimated it would take. Hopefully I don't have to, but if I ever need auto body work done again, I will 100% be taking my car back to Caliber, in Dublin."

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
