"My 2016 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro had been vandalized - broken radio antenna, huge dent on the driver's side truck bed, multiple deep and long gouges on the passenger side. The original work estimate was that it would take 3 weeks. Seemed reasonable. However, they completed the work in just over a week and a half. I was impressed. The quality of the materials and workmanship was outstanding. I feel like I got a new truck back. You absolutely can't tell where the dent was. The paint matched perfectly to the rest of the truck. I could not have been more pleased. They communicated regularly via text and phone calls regarding the progress. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision on Alston Avenue in Durham. The personnel were professional, kind and responsive."

"George Barger a worker of Caliber Collison assisted me my name is John and on Monday night August 3rd I ran out of gas and George Barger pulled up behind me wearing a Cailber shirt and said he worked on Alston Road in Durham. He than asked me what was wrong . I explained to him that i ran out of gas and Road Side assistance said it would be about an hour before they would get to me .. He told me to cancel the call .. He went and purchased a gas can and some gas and brought it back to me.. I asked him what do I owe you and he said nothing he sais he was on his way home and happy to help.. I am so grateful that in this crazy world there are still nice people willing to help others.. I hope George sees this because I want him to know that i will pay it forward to some one else .. Thank you George Barger for your Kindness there should be more people like you. I hope someone from your company really does see this and know that they have one great employee working for them.. Thanks again John"

"Really deserves 10 stars. Mary is very professional and friendly. She was able to schedule me the same day to have my passenger light repaired. I received my estimate and CC kept my car overnight. The repairs were done the next day and I was able to pick up my car when they said it would be ready. Excellent work!! Definitely recommend!!"

"Someone apparently backed into the front of my 2018 Subaru Forester on the passenger side. No significant damage--a piece of plastic trim came off and white paint was on the bumper cover. I took it to Caliber on Alston Avenue and asked if this could be repaired fairly inexpensively. They offered to fix it for $73. I took it to another body shop that had been recommended to me and had done work for me before. Their quote was $443 and included removing the bumper cover.Caliber did a great job--they ordered and installed the trip and buffed off the white paint. I appreciate the fact that they recognized that there would be little to be gained (for me, at least) from removing the bumper cover. Auto body work is generally horrendously expensive; I appreciated that they didn't try to jack up the cost."
