"I hit a deer crossing Texas, and went to caliber in El Paso on Gateway because that's what the tow truck driver recommended. I called ahead and they were ready to meet us when we arrived. Everybody was very professional, courteous and friendly. Chris took responsibility for our vehicle and remained in frequent contact with us throughout the process. He called us several times and always took or quickly returned the calls I made to him. Our insurance provided 30 days of car rental and when they couldn't get the repair done in that time caliber picked up the extra three days of rental. This was above and beyond what I would ever ask of them. The repairs were done very well."

"Caliber Collision is the most professional outfit out there. I have dealt with many others who are evasive and keep your car for an eternity, The manager was very respectful and kept me updated on a weekly bases....sometimes twice a week. The quality of the work done was first class all the way. I was very impressed with how they conduct business here....they even cleaned my car and had it in almost new condition when the returned it. I was at work and unable to leave to go pick it up before they closed...so guess what? They brought the car to me...WOW. Best place to go to fix your car."

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
