"I recently had my 2009 Nissan Versa repaired at Caliber Collision Center in El Paso, TX (Montana location), and during my few visits one thing resonated and became infectious throughout the front office. That thing was joy and movement with a sense of customer focused urgency that made me feel that everyone enjoyed their career but also wanted to give the best customer service possible. My Service Advisor, Todd Phelps, was a superstar of customer service. After a slight mistake occurred that affected my vehicle’s ability to pass state safety inspection, Todd sprung into action. Todd coordinated for the mistake to be corrected and safety inspection conducted; then he dropped the vehicle off at my residence. Todd did all with a genuine joy that I could hear in his voice and see in his smile. Furthermore, Todd’s keen sense of professionalism prompted him to ask how often I would like to be contacted so I would not be flooded with phone calls that is a small detail that just amazed me because he was considering my schedule and time. It has become commonplace to receive mediocre customer service in America, and that is appalling. "in June 2015, I was struck in the rear portion of my Mustang, eleven days before I was to deploy. The guys gave me an estimate. Ten months after I returned, the price stayed the same. Although they kept my car 15 days longer than expected the wait on the repairs was well worth it. I returned my car and it looked like it never was in an accident. And they wouldn't say yes or no to my questions but I think they buffed out a few of the dents in my car that wasn't part of the accident. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
