"I turned too soon backing out of a parking garage and shattered the passenger side, side mirror. I stopped by the Westlake Caliber office and had the best customer service from the moment I first arrived until my mirror was fixed. The front desk manager was very friendly and efficient my service advisor, Michael Galvas was extremely professional and had excellent customer service. Caliber provided me a shuttle drive home as well as a pick by the friendliest shuttle driver I have ever had. His name is Rafael. Visiting this Caliber Collision was a pleasurable experience and I left feeling so thankful to have met each staff member. Exceptional systems and processes from communication to ordering parts, receiving parts, fixing my mirror to even washing my car and all being done the same day!! "Someone backed into our car. They wanted to bypass their insurance and pay for it themselves. Caliber gave us a reasonable estimate for the repairs. They finished a day sooner than they expected. "I have never had a car insurance claim in 60 years of driving and for the past few years have not carried collision insurance on what is now a classic BMW. Pulling up to punch in the access code box at a friend's house , I hit the code box post damaging a front headlight assembly which I needed to have repaired on my own dollar. After considering reviews for several local collision repair garages, I choose Caliber Collision in Encinitas. The whole experience starting with the original estimate, the call back once needed parts had come in, and the prompt totally professional repair of the front end damage at very reasonable cost yielding a beautiful finished product convinced me to not even consider other car repair shops should I ever need such service at some time in the future. I can't say enough positive about Caliber Collision, the people that work there, and the quality repair service they provide their customers."

"I am writing this review to make the Corporate Office aware of the gem of a General Manager that they have at the Encinitas-Westlake location. I was quite taken aback with the excellent customer service that I received from Mr. Mark Mrosla. I brought my Jaguar in for a very minor repair to replace the fuel door which had snapped off. I expected them to decline the job as it was so minor. Mr. Mrosla ordered the fuel door right away and even informed me of the requirement to obtain the appropriate informational decals for the inside of the door, something I was not made aware of by other vendors. The new door was painted and installed. The color was matched perfectly. To my surprise, my car was not just cleaned but also detailed inside and out! Not only that, but because the car was not quite ready when I came to pick it up, Mr. Mrosla not only drove me home but he delivered the car to my door the next morning! I was amazed at the service I received because it was such a small job! To be honest, the service I received was much better than any service that I have received at the many Jaguar dealers that I have used. In closing, I found Mr. Mrosla to be not only quite knowledgeable of the field and very helpful, but I found him to be quite personable. In my opinion, he is the kind of employee who would be an asset to the company beyond his position as General Manager of the Encinitas-Westlake location."

"This place is Awesome!! Friendly, Knowledgeable & Helpful. My car was repaired here at this location and it looks as if nothing happened to my vehicle. Returned back to me on the date they promised and it looked like new and it was washed too boot!! You have to check this place out if your vehicle needs repairs. They provided me with a complimentary shuttle service which is a huge plus!! I would have Ubered, but the Service Advisor Michael insisted they will drop me off at home. They also provided me a quote on Paintless Dent repairs that I need done. Awesome vibe and just as awesome staff!! Thank you Caliber Collision!!"

I was very reluctent working with a insurer/servce partnership program. He was very informative and put me at ease. He was smart, fully understood the progress and was very helpful. "This location used to be Rancho Auto Body who I had used previously. Rancho Auto Body did a fabulous job a few years ago, so I was nervous that the name changed to the chain body shop Caliber. I was assured that the guys in the back were the same and my car would be well taken care of. Well, I could not be more pleased with the service and quality of their work!! Both Ted and Mark went out of their way to keep me informed during the entire process. My car is a difficult color to match and it was perfectly done! I was also pleased that they were more than happy to work with my insurance company to make sure any parts replaced were excellent quality. The car looks better than new!!! I highly recommend this location of Caliber!!!"

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
