"I had great customer experience at this place. We have a radiator issue with my car during last Friday holiday season and went to see this place. Kyle the manager was really nice and took care of the whole thing and rental car while my car got fixed. Terry who inspected my car immediately figured out the issue and explained next steps. They all are amazing. Truly have personal touch from reception to the manager Kyle . I was little stressed with car issue and the place is a big relief on my stressful day. Thank you all. "The guys at Caliber really know how customer service should be! We called and they were able to help me with my headlight immediately. None of that "we can get to it by the end of the day" stuff. Dropped it off, grabbed lunch, and they got it back to me in 30 minutes. And this isn't the first time they have helped my family either. Couldn't be happier with what Kyle and Tyler did for me. I’ve used them twice: Once, for repairs after being rear-ended and just recently about an electrical/exterior lighting issue on my daughter’s car that I couldn’t reach. "One of the best customer service locations of all time. From the internal Enterprise guy, to the front desk gal who greets you, but most importantly a HUGE shout out to the manager, Kyle. Kyle literally went above and beyond for me even though he could've easily just treated my car like another number. I had unfortunately gotten into an accident in 2016 a few months after I purchased my civic and had gotten the back left passenger panel fixed up at this location. Fast forward to 2019 and I had originally gone to a Honda dealership out in Irving to get a paint issue looked at because it was peeling near my rear window. I had found it odd that I bought this car brand spanking new back in 2016 and it was already having paint chip away as if it was exposed to all sorts of weather and wear and tear from years of driving...when I had gone to that dealership, even despite my research of Honda having issues with paint defects, nobody there wanted to help me and refused to assist me in any manner even if it was a manufacture problem. I had thought hmm, well maybe Caliber Collision may have been the original issue instead because I remembered them working on this side of my car when I had gotten into that accident in 2016. I came here about 3 weeks ago and when I explained the situation, Kyle pulled up the records of my car being fixed here and actually found out that the only thing they worked on was the rear passenger door side and never touched the rear window. My left passenger door did need some polishing from the assessments the Honda guys in Irving did when I had thought it was originally their fault. Not only did Kyle offer to polish up my rear passenger door, but he also provided me a rental car that I did NOT have to pay for, AND he also fixed my paint issue on the rear window side!!! No extra charge, no extra hassle, no extra gimmicks. Kyle simply did this out of kindness. But I'd gladly argue and just say this, Kyle is also a true embodiment of a great manager and leader. This is exceptional customer service. He chose to assist me in fixing something that was not even a Caliber Collision issue simply because he wanted to. I would HIGHLY recommend bringing your vehicle here if you have issues from a car accident or whatever it is that you may need. I know who to trust from here on out moving forward and I hope that Kyle will still be there if I were to (hopefully not lol) get into a car accident again and needing repairs. He also does a wonderful job of keeping in communication with you so you aren't stuck for two weeks wondering what the heck is going on with your car. Which is awesome! Thank you so much, Kyle and your team, for being so great! I appreciate it more than you know!!!"

"I must mention that my experience with Caliber Collision follows a host of other things I have had to get done lately. Most were disappointing. You call people, wave money at them to get things done, and they either put you off or don't call you back. When you can get the work done it is usually short of expectations. That's why my experience with Caliber was such a pleasant surprise. They did what I wanted done, got it done quickly and did the work for a fair price. That, of course, is our expectation anywhere, but these guys really exceed expectations. My vehicle has a three-stage paint that is difficult to apply and have it look good. The guys at Caliber know their stuff! The paint looked amazing and my truck was washed and waiting for me out front when I arrived. Alex at the front desk is pleasant and helpful and called me by name as I walked through the door. It's so nice to have someone greet you with a smile, much less look up from their cell phone. Kyle, the manager, always greeted me with a handshake and took all the time I needed to explain the process and how they could help. ANYONE needing paint and repair work for their automobile would be well served to give Caliber a shot. They have earned a customer for life. Anything that I ever need done with regard to paint and body repair will be done by Caliber. Thank you Kyle, Alex and everyone at Caliber for a great experience. Houston L."

"Caliber did excellent work on my vehicle, and everyone there was very professional and courteous. When it was all done there was an issue with rental car fees still owed by insurance that they did not want to cover, Kyle stepped in and resolved the issue. Will recommend and will use them again."
