"I was recently involved in an auto accident that damaged the front suspension of my vehicle and the front fender amongst other things. The auto body shop that did the work is Caliber Collision in Fontana. Caliber Collision was exceptional! There slogan is “Restoring you to the rhythm of your life” and they say they make it as though the accident never happened. They did exactly that. They assign a mechanic to you, mine was Alex. Alex called initially with the details of the damages, an estimate of what my repairs would cost and an estimated time of delivery for my repaired vehicle. Alex updated me daily with text messages. The repairs were completed sooner than expected, my car was clean and shiny when it was returned to me and they even did the extra of buffing out some things that were there but not related to the accident. Wow! I was impressed with their professionalism, the cleanliness of the facility, the courteous manner in which the staff (Nancy and Alex) dealt with me, and most importantly, the repairs of my vehicle. It rides smoothly, it looks better than it did before the accident, I left the rental with them and they returned it to Enterprise, and I receive a lifetime warranty on the repairs. Wow again!!!! I highly recommend Caliber Collision."

"I called Manny and made an appointment with him to drop off my car the following day. When I came in, it took about 15 minutes and I left my car there to have the bumper replaced! "After a minor rear end collision, Caliber was able to complete the repairs on my rear bumper within a day. Manny Lemus was very knowledgeable and professional and explained how the repair process and insurance would work. Aside from repairing the damage from the accident, he also arranged for some other dents to be removed separately, outside of my insurance, for a very reasonable price. The office staff was very friendly and worked to get my paperwork in order quickly as well as arranging for me to be picked up by the car rental service arranged through my insurance. When I picked up my car, it had been expertly repaired, washed and looked great! I have used Caliber for a few repairs before and would definitely recommend them 100%"

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
