"I had to have a big repair done on my car, and Caliber Collision did an excellent job. They initially told me it would take a month and a half to repair, but it ended up only taking a month. Tony kept me updated on the repairs as they were being done to my car. He also took the time to explain exactly what they are doing in laymen’s terms instead of technical terms. He was very friendly and answered any questions that I had. They also worked well with the car rental company. There was someone there to pick me up when I brought my car in, and I was able to leave the rental car there when I picked up my car. I will definitely be bringing my car back to them for future repairs."

"I wrecked my truck back in August and I honestly thought it was gonna be totaled. I Chose caliber collision because there was one right by my apartment. When they received it the damage was so severe on my vehicle I need to go to a non-drive caliber collision. The caliber collision in Richland Hills took my truck and got started on it right away. Within a couple days they already had an estimate ready for me they talk to me on the phone they had me come in and meet with them and go over everything before any decisions were made on what to do next with the vehicle. We decided to go ahead and Get the truck worked on with them they started on it they called me every Monday Wednesday and Friday with updates which was very convenient for me. They were straight forward with me they told me that it would take some time to get it back up and running which I understood seeing as how much damage was done to the vehicle. When they called and said that it was ready to be picked up I went in and it looked exactly the way it did when I first bought it. I have nothing but good things to say about this caliber collision. My customer service rep Chelsea was extremely helpful if I ever had to call Lynn to find out something she got back to me with the answers I was looking for which was very very cause they were always calling me or emailing me and keeping me in the loop which was very convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone else that has had an accident and is looking for a good body shop they’re straightforward very courteous friendly and if you have any questions feel freeTo ask because they do have answers and if for some reason they don’t they will find the answer and get back to you in a good timely manner."

After quick disassembly and inspection the cost estimate and delivery date were set and both came in under budget and on time. All new parts were used and the workmanship and paint matching is perfect. I was updated every other day on the status and challenges they dealt with. I would recommend this business to friends and family."

"l visited Caliber Collision due to the fact my driver side electric window on my truck was not operational (would not roll down quickly). I was waited on by Mr. Robert Austin. He looked at my window and said that his shop does not do repairs on windows but he referred me to the shop located on Flory in NRH where I met with Mr. Robert Brown. He examined the window and said that they could fix it which they did. I was very impressed with both gentlemen and both repair shops due to their professionalism and customer service. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
