"I received top-notch care from Caliber Collision. They (Gio, specifically) fought the at-fault party's insurance for me to replace everything that had been missed with a subpar body shop I was referred to a few years ago. Gio is a great asset to have at this location due to his knowledge and transparency as well as truly caring about the customer as if he were repairing his own vehicle. Tammy was prompt and never left me in the dark regarding appointment times and follow-up calls (she's also a great conversationalist!). Thanks Caliber Collision - Fountain Valley. "I brought my last car in a few years ago to repair some bumper damage and Caliber did a great job, but I never got around to writing a review. I brought my car in earlier this month when my bumper cover popped out of place (after backing out of a driveway in an.. inelegant way). When I arrived, the receptionist welcomed me and saw that I got help within minutes. Christian helped me out and managed to pop the cover back into place in less than 20 minutes and then I was on my way. It looks seamless now. They do a solid job, they are quick and don't leave you hanging."

"I don't write many reviews... But was so incredibly impressed with Caliber Collision and their staff. EVERYTHING they did was in an effort to help me get back on the road sooner. Gio and Tammy were incredibly pleasant, as was Mike, the location manager. Here is a quick list of the things they did to make this as painless as possible: 1) I had a quote inside of fifteen minutes (just a bumper). 2) Said he would get everything going so that they would only have my car for as short a time frame as possible (and followed through on his one day commitment). 3) When my car wouldn't start the day I was to take it in, he sent over one of his technicians to help get my car jump started. 4) When it was ready, he offered to have the car dropped off knowing that I have a busy schedule AND a six month old baby. 5) The car was detailed and oroba ly the cleanest I had since it since I took it off the lot. There might be more cost effective body shops, but I can't imagine anyone having better service. Thanks for making a bummer of a situation much less painful!!"

"I was hit and my car had quite a bit of damage. Tammy was extremely friendly and helpful. Jiovani provided an estimate for repairs and guided me through the whole insurance process and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. The car was fixed and you cannot tell where the damage was. I highly recommend Caliber in Fountain Valley."

"I was involved in an accident that damaged the back bumper of my vehicle. The insurance company I was working with provided this location for repairs. Setting up the appointment was super easy, the receptionist, Tammy, was very nice over the phone, and I dropped by the same day for repairs. My main point of contact from that moment on was Jiovani. Jiovani ran through the costs of repairs with me on that day, and afterwards, he kept consistently updating me about the repairs on my car. I greatly appreciated his communication skills, and I felt he was very thorough when explaining everything to me. When I went to pick up my car a few days later, Jiovani met up with me and went over the repairs one more time. I really enjoyed how personable he was, and how well he communicated with me throughout this whole process. In addition to this, Jiovani also took time to gather some estimates for another repair I wanted on my car. He let me know that I could drop by anything for this particular part and he would be a sure to include a car wash. Again, his professionalism during this time was outstanding and I could see that he goes above and beyond for his clients. This whole experience was so amazing and I am more than happy with how my car looks now. I'm happy to say that I would be returning to this location for any future repairs! (:"

"I was in a car accident and my my insurance gave me this location to check out for repairs. Took my car for an estimate and everyone was friendly. Had to wait for insurance and Jiovani gave me a call to see if I needed anything and check up. When I finally took my car in to start Jiovani was really friendly and professional, assured me that I would get updated throughout the process of repairs and he really did, I received text messages and phone calls. My car was done and ready by the date that Jio said it would never had any issue. Had a great experience ! Would totally recommend taking your car in to Caliber for repairs."

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
