"I had a fabulous experience at Caliber. After a fender bender accident, I brought my car to Caliber Collision because it was recommended by my insurance company. The staff, especially Nick, were all very friendly and professional. Justin, the general manager, noticed that I had waited over 15 minutes for the rental car, and offered to give me a lift to Hertz. The repair work was completed ahead of schedule, and my car was pristine inside and out. A large scratch that was on the fender (not caused by the accident) was also repaired at no additional charge. Overall, I was really happy and would highly recommend Caliber to everyone!"

"I am a first time customer of Caliber Collision at 41041 Albrae Street in Fremont. I went there because I discovered the work of a previous auto body shop failed to assess and repair all of the damage caused by the accident I was in last December. The driver's side headlight assembly was letting water and condensation form on the inside where the lamps are located. When I arrived early morning on Monday which was Presidents day (yes they were open) I was greeted inside by their receptionist Rena. She was very courteous and helpful and I could tell she was an expert in handling customers and keeping my mind at ease. After a few minutes, a gentleman by the name of Lito Morales came out and introduced himself and allowed me to describe what happened and show him some pictures I took of the condensation inside the headlamp assembly. He knew exactly what to look for when I opened the hood. He spotted a slight crack on the outside that neither I or the previous auto body shop saw. It was certainly part of the problem. He also noticed I served in the military and thanked me for my service. Needless to say, he said the headlight assembly needed to be replaced and that he would order the part and call me to set up an appointment when it came in. He also said my car would be ready on the same day I drop it off. Well, I took my car in yesterday morning and picked it up later in the afternoon. Rena again took care of my paperwork and described what I was signing for and initialing on the various forms. She then told me to wait outside and they would bring my car to the front. Their General Manager Justin Bliss drove it from the back to the front where I was waiting and my car was washed and looked brand new. He introduced himself and stated their work is guaranteed for as long as I own the vehicle, which for me will be many years to come. I give Caliber Collision at 41041 Albrae Street 5 Stars! They were great and easy to work with, kept me informed the whole time, and let me help myself to some coffee, popcorn, and bottled water or soda."

"My car was broken into and had to have the window replaced. I brought my car in in and my estimator, Terrie had the entire claim handled. She kept me updated the entire time and had my car back to me the next day. And when I got it back, it was in better shape than before the accident! Caliber's detail department cleaned up all the glass and detailed the floor and seats. I definately recommend caliber collision in Fremont."

"Someone was driving my car (while I was out of country) and my car accrued over $3,000 in damages. Luckily, there was no significant body damage. Although it understandably sucked coming back to the damages and realizing that the driver of my car was not going to try to "right their wrongs," I was very grateful to have Justin and his team. They kept me updated regularly via text/call/email and got my car back to me during the estimated time. When my car was ready, I received it in pristine condition. My insurance covered the rental and Enterprise conveniently collects pick-ups from Caliber Collision to their location so that you are not left stranded. 10/10 would recommend and would pick the same company if a similar situated presented itself (God forbid!). This was my first time having to file an auto insurance claim for my car and the ease of everything kept me afloat during an otherwise inconvenient situation"

"Caliber had amazing customer service. They keep me updated throughout the whole processing and had my car ready to go in the time frame given. Their customer service went far and beyond any other collision body shop, caliber also gave me a ride to the closest Hertz dealership. They made a stressful time of non stressful. The whole passenger side of my car was scraped and dented and when I got it back it looked better than when I bought it. Also my car was brown and my paint had sparkles within it. They also were able to repaint my car with the correct point. I recommend them to anyone."

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
