"I would absolutely highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their car repairs. My experience with them was amazing. I just got into an auto accident. A lady accidentally reversed out right into my (Brand New) car and did approximately $8,400 worth of damage. I’m a mom, a student and a wife. So getting my new car almost totaled was the straw that broke the camels back for me that day. But as soon as our insurances worked out the situation and I was found not liable for the damages, her insurance asked me what collision repair shop I would like to use. I told her to give me the one that’s closest to where I live and has the best reviews. When I got to Caliber Collision I was greeted with friendly faces and Stephen who was the man who was personally going to be working on my car. He was very pleasant and I left the place in my rental (a huge white van😂 hey you take what you can get when you need a car, right?) feeling at ease and for the first time that everything was going to be okay. I give Caliber Collision thanks for that. From the beginning of my first introduction with the staff and workers to the last day when I picked up my beautiful brand new looking car, I had nothing less than an experience that put me at great ease knowing my car was in great hands. They were punctual, professional and great customer service!! I recommend them highly!! Oh and they have the enterprise rent a car right there in side their building. So, you can drop off your car and pick up your rental all inside the same building. Thanks again Caliber Collision!!!"

"The best repair shop in town. Once again got one of my other vehicle repair here. I’m still very impress with This place. Every one was very polite and helpful. Mr. Lopez help me out again. He explain everything and made it clear for me. I appreciate his help and knowledge. He had a rental car ready for me when I drop my vehicle off. They kept me inform with updates on my vehicle. Love this shop since I got both of my vehicle fix here. When it’s time to pick up my vehicle, it was very clean and look like new. Thank you again for fixing my vehicles. You guys are the best. "I brought my car in for repairs and walked away a changed man. I've never witness such a friendly oriented professional team before like Caliber Collision. My car came out cleaner than it was when I brought it in. I refer business to this location at every chance I get from such a awesome experience. They keep you up to date on repairs that make life so much easier when you have a hectic lifestyle. I remember a guy named Marco at the front desk made us fresh popcorn and coffee the day of our estimate. He made this dull moment so positive and should honestly be a comedian!"

"After being in an accident I took my car to an authorized repair facility referred by my insurance company. After some time I noticed some issues with an area of repair. Caliber collision had now taken over the repair shop where the original repairs were done. After discussing the matter with Seth, I was reassured that the time would be taken to assess the issues and correct them a final time. Seth worked with my schedule as to when to bring my car into the shop and made sure to address all my concerns. "As the result of someone who thought it would be fun to shoot a gun into the air on New Year's Eve, I ended up with a hole in my carport and a large ding in the hood of my car, right down to the metal. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
