"Got slammed into by a lady texting while driving. Damage did not look too bad, surprisingly. I went to a place on Main to get an estimate and also to look at a damaged front fender. I got a very half-hearted response ("Geico is not on our list") and an estimate of $1009 for the front fender. I decided to forget about it. Then Geico called and referred me to Caliber and set a next day appointment with Rachael Mathews. She walked me next door to Enterprise for a rental and sent me on my way. She texted, e-mailed, and called the next few days to let me know the status. They found some damage under the bumper, along with the dents. Got my car back and the rear looks BRAND NEW! "Two examples of excellent customer service. At the time of handing back the car there was a problem with the car starting, linked to my car battery. Rather than let me go home with a known problem with the car that I would have had to deal with, Joey felt that would not be right and got me a new battery for the car (and key fob) without charging me. This was a big a deal for me since having to do that myself would have left me feel frustrated that I needed to go spend more time and money to get the car back to full working position, especially after paying my insurance deductible etc. Secondly, the inside of the car was detailed to perfection. I did not expect this as I have a dog and have never been able to get rid of the dog hair which was everywhere. If they had done a quick wipe down and vacuum but not tackled the dog hair I would have been happy but the car looks and smells like new and no dog hair! "What seems to be easy thing to do (changing license plate) got worst as the rear number plate screw head thread were damaged. On reference went here to get the plate removed. Fernando helped patiently as he has to make sure he doesn’t damage fiber cover and scratches as well. Finally he helped in removing license plate after 20 to 30 minutes of effort. "Our new Mazda6 was recently rear-ended and we picked Caliber Collision of Frisco to do the repairs. The folks at Caliber have superb customer service. The process was made as painless as possible for us: (1) They managed our expectations appropriately, and as a result, finished the vehicle 5 days prior to the original deadline! (2) We periodically received updates regarding the progress with out vehicle. (3) They were always accessible by phone (4) MOST IMPRESSIVE: When we received the car back, it was in showroom condition, with the exception that during the repair, the tint on our windows was scratched from the inside - this happens, we understand. The folks at Frisco graciously took care of this by retinting not just the scratched two windows, but ALL of the windows to make sure that the windows matched.
