"Used through Geico. Very friendly staff and willing to do what they need to help. I had to go back a couple different times to adjust the repair made to my front bumper/headlight. First to fix a gap by the hood and fender that was 1/4" larger on the passenger side vs. drivers side. Second due to the replacement headlamp assembly having a different plug from factory that had two different connectors on it. Both times they were very helpful in making it right and did so super fast. If it wasn't for having to go back for those two things it would have been a 5 start shop. Would still recommend to others but advice on a thorough walk off all repairs before driving away the first time."

"Stopped in to this shop for an estimate. At first there wasn’t anybody able to write the appraisal but the front desk girl was very polite and had somebody come take a brief look at it. Turns out they fixed it in under 10-15 minutes and didn’t even charge me!! I tried to get them to take something but the one helping me, Lisa, refused. Went from an ok experience to now something I’ll never forget. Thank you caliber!!!!"

I received an estimate for a new bumper, as they weren't sure the damaged bumper would be able to be repaired. After I dropped the car off I received a call saying the technician could repair the existing bumper for a bit less than the cost of a new bumper if I wanted them to do that. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
