"10/5 stars would recommend to anyone! My car was at this facility for 2 weeks after I was t-boned. Not only did they exceed my expectations on repairs, but they completed repairs faster than anticipated. Paint looked great, they washed my car and filled my tank. "After having Gaithersburg Caliber Collision repair my Subaru from a collision, it was clear that these guys mean business. I decided to bring my 240sx to them for paint and bodywork. It was a custom job, and I was able to meet the painters and bodywork guys. The painter sat down with me for an hour going over the paint combinations. Within two days he had multiple test panels sprayed. The color was astounding! I felt worry free knowing these guys were taking care of my car."

"This is a revised review - I had brought my car in for repairs, when I picked it up I wasn't totally satisfied. But the staff at this Caliber location were fantastic. They had me bring the car back and corrected all until I was completely happy with the work. To be completely fair, my car is 16 years old, so machine the paint exactly was difficult, but Kenny and his team ultimately did a fantastic job, were extremely helpful and responsive. Tremendous commitment to customer service. I had no qualms about the initial slight mismatch in paint color, since as mentioned above the car was quite old and the original color had faded. But what I especially appreciated was your clearly communicated response that you would work on it until I was 100% satisfied. You'd get a 5-star rating from me, and I would recommend you to anyone who needs collision repairs." - Mark

"The folks at Caliber were extremely friendly and accommodating, gave me frequent updates, and described what they were doing in detail. Kenny was especially nice to deal with. However, I was a bit disappointed in the work. My car is old, original paint has faded, and Caliber didn't match the repainted parts well. I now have a two-tone car. Caliber didn't try to match to my current paint color, just seemed t dial in the original code. Not enough attention to detail, I have paint on trim surfaces, and my brand new seat covers had dirt ground into them. Overall a mixed experience." - Mark

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
