"I took my car to Caliber Collision for an Insurance claim that I had took previously to another body shop that didn't do a great Job. When I first walked in Tiffany greeted me with a smile and was very professional. So she passed me along to Trish who was handling the estimate portion. Trish was Awesome she informed me on what needed to be re-done from the past shop that I first took my car to. She educated me and at that moment I knew my car was safe with the Caliber team on Mountain Rd. They updated me on the progress of my car and the service was handle with dignity. They made my car look like a brand new car. They cleaned inside and out of my car. I would defiantly refer anyone that needs body work to this Caliber Team. "I was recommended to this location by my very trustworthy mechanic after my 4Runner had been peppered with rocks from a passing truck. I was very hesitant when looking for a place to get my truck worked on because I have had very bad experiences with body work in the past. Since I had a recommendation I felt confident. I went to this location and when I did they were under different management. They officially became Caliber the day I dropped off my truck. I was worried at first but I was assured the same staff was staying on board and I could expect great service. They were correct. I picked my car up yesterday and the results are perfect. The car looks as though no damage ever occurred. It's literally good as new. It was also really convenient to have the Enterprise Rental Office practically attached to the shop. It's a one stop shop when you've be placed out of your vehicle. The staff was kind and friendly and answered every single one of my calls and ridiculous questions. My car was ready when promised and the quality of work was exactly as expected. It's a shame that you have to worry so much about companies simply doing their job, I've had many experiences where companies fall short of their promise. This location was NOT one of those places. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
