"I was involved in a car accident that damaged the passenger side front and back doors, I took it to Caliber Collision on Wednesday, 3/18/20 and pick my car up on Friday, 3/27/20. I put my car in the shop on 2/10/20 and it was estimated to be done March 3rd I got my car back 2/28 and it looks brand new. "Already having to deal with the accident, the last thing you need is the repairs but from the moment I stepped in I knew I was in good hands! I was assigned Rey Rosas as my service advisor and from the get go he made me feel comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better person to handle the situation, he would send me text messages and call me with status updates! I was always in the loop on what was going on with my vehicle. I expressed to Rey that I really needed my car done by a certain date, what I was asking for was some what impossible, but he spoke with the GM Paul Campbell and they managed to get me my car by the date I requested! "I had my accident repair completed at the Gardena location - Rosecrans & Western. The agent/rep was very helpful and experienced and was especially accommodating. I had to go out of state for a few days longer than the completion date and my rep helped me with that. My only complaint is that months after the repair - the replaced front bumper began to rust and small pits all along the top bubbled with the chrome falling away in small chips. I wished I had more closely inspected it sooner and maybe have gotten a new part rather than a used replacement part. All of the other body work was fine." - James

"Very happy with Caliber Collision - times two... meaning 2 years ago I was rear - ended by a texting oblivious driver and CC took care of my truck with my insurance company recommendation. At the time all looked 100% and I was quite happy with everything. Months later, however, rust started to appear on my replaced bumper... I did not exactly take care of it right away as I go out of state a lot and just did not address it. (my bad.) I did however mention on a survey that I was unhappy with that bumper and would you believe that the service advisor Jose Becerra chased me down saying they wanted to fix me 100% per their warranty statement. I brought the truck in and they met their 100% satisfaction guarantee with me for sure :) - Hey stuff happens - the real measure of "warranties" is not what companies claim will do for you - it is what they do to make you happy when they deliver later - to make up for any shortcoming. She was very professional and helpful. She exceeded all expectations and then some. I have dealt with other body shops in the past and by far this was my best experience.
