Caliber Collision’s Helotes Express location is now a Caliber Express facility designed to more efficiently and effectively repair vehicles that have experienced minor damage during an accident or mishap.

About  Helotes-Express

Our Helotes Express location is comprised of express collision repair teams specially trained to determine the extent of a small repair, properly estimate the cost of the repair and then repair the vehicle back to certified pre-accident condition using the latest in parts and repair technologies.

Caliber’s Helotes Express location is just another way that Caliber is restoring our customers to the rhythm of their lives through new collision repair innovations like the Caliber Express facility.

"I firmly believe that it's not about the problems that confront us, but rather how we solve the problems. I'm not going into all the details and the long road to get to the end in this review. What I will say is that Cameron and Mr. G solved the problem of wind noise that followed the repair of our 2015 VW Passat. I am well satisfied that all the issues that I brought to Cameron's attention were finally resolved. Yes, it took way longer than it should have, but Cameron made sure that my wife and I are happy with Caliber Collision -- and that we are. "Service was AWESOME!!!! The service I received from Jose Ortiz was exceptional from the moment we walked in to the time we drove off. To start from the beginning.... I took my car in for an estimate to Caliber on I10 and was told the next available date to take my vehicle in would be on March 7th. Well that was a bit of a wait but I agreed at the moment. After about a week I was about to contact Gunn for an earlier date when I received a call from caliber office in Dallas and told they could get my car in sooner (About 6 was earlier) than March 7th and the location was so convienent, less than 4 miles away. I agreed and canceled my appt at the I10 location. When we drove the car into Caliber I misunderstood and thought I could take my car in at 7:00 am which I did. However my actual appt was fotpr 8:00 am But luckily for us Jose Ortiz was at the shop that morning and he said he would see what was going on and without hesitation he said we could leave the car and he would work it in and would see if he could get it out the same day since he knew we were short a vehicle to get to and from work that day. I feel Mr Ortiz performed magic for us and had the car ready to go and looking like new by 6:00 pm that very same day. He made us feel like family and was genuinely caring and friendly along with his staff. I would highly recommend his services to all my USAA connections He gave us A Plus Service and Quality care and all with a friendly smile. The building was amazing along with the rest of the staff. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
