Our Houston - Non-Drive North location is comprised of Non-Drive collision repair teams specially trained to determine the extent of a large repair, properly estimate the cost of the repair and then repair the vehicle back to certified pre-accident condition using the latest in parts and repair technologies.

"My daughters car was rear ended in College Station, Texas. We took her vehicle there but due to the workload they flatbedded the vehicle to this store. After a rocky start with the adjuster from the insured I had to get the GM involved. Wesley was quick and understood my concerns to get the problem resolved. The next day they contacted my daughter and informed her they were proceeding with her repair. Due to the delay I wanted to ensure I was not going to be held accountable for the rental so I called to speak to my daughters service advisor, Rick Hendricks. Rick not only kept my daughter informed, but me as well. He also called the day before and warned me of a safety concern on my daughters vehicle. This was steering damage that was not part of the accident. He quoted me a fair price and timeline of the repair. This is a world class organization from Ashley who answers the phone in a welcoming voice, to Rick Hendricks the Service Advisor to Wesley the GM who you can tell runs a tight ship. Thank you Caliber. Not only did you address our accident, but your number one concern is for the safety of our daughter. That says allot."

He explained everything that was completed on my car in detail and went above and beyond by taking care of other things that he noticed. "Got into a fender bender before work, damage wasn't too bad, but it was ugly and wanted to get it fixed ASAP. Came here and everyone was so friendly and ready to work with me. Got the damage fixed the very next day. Car looks brand new.! Javier is the man!! Kinda wanna crash my car again just to come back. Lol, not really but great service, 5 stars, highly recommend!!"

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
