"I brought my car in with no appointment and only waited about 10 minutes until I was helped by Alan. My car had been bumped into in a parking lot and sustained some visible scratches. Alan said no problem and had his body man Aaron clean up the marks very nicely. Much to my surprise when I got out my wallet Alan said there would be no charge. What?? In our wold today it is often difficult to find businesses that are not out to take advantage of customers. Well I am happy to report that I found a honest body shop in Indian Land. "Someone hit my Rav4 SUV from behind and caused a lot of damage. They did an excellent job on my vehicle. They also made sure to call me every couple of days to provide status. "Caliber Collision in Indian Land, SC is a preferred body shop within my insurance company. I have never visited this store before, but after a deer ran into my car, I was in need of their services. I was a little apprehensive dealing with a body shop that I was not familiar with and plus being a single lady, I was bit intimated. Then I met Susie at the front desk. "We have had our vehicle in 3 times, once for getting hit by two coyotes, once by having to run over a bouncing semi trailer strut on I-40 and finally a minor bump resulting in a damaged wheel trim molding. On all occasions the staff were extremely helpful, courteous and made us feel as though we were their only customer. They cleaned out the inside of my car, (which if you would have seen it before, you would be amazed). At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
