"After my car crash everything became overwhelming. With the insurers quote & "recommended " repair shops i was on my own to find the right place and relied heavily on reviews. Of course negative reviews concerned me but I can honestly say Caliber is fantastic. The minute you walk in to the friendly and knowledgable & super smart team at the front desk to the people doing the estimates, the car rental team on site (Enterprise right there!). It was a seamless wonderful experience. Extremely quick, constantly updating me on status and when i picked up my car they even helped me try to fix something a previous mechanic had broken...no charge at all! With all the crazy drivers texting & tailgating around Jax i expect their business will continue to grow. So dont hesitate, you will be well looked after. My car looks brand new too! Ps i forgot to thank them for giving old Tigger a wash and shine... thanks guys!"

"From misaligned panels to loose parts to dust all over the engine. I have an MB E550 and they left the engine bay exposed so that got full of paint shop dust. The fenders and bumpers did not align. Now found out they did not connected the headlight washer (because they did not align the bumper).screws were loose all over the place. The only good thing I say is the paintwork was good and the office was nice. Don't leave a high end car there. Update: was contacted by new Management that promptly resolved my issues and even got me a nice rental at no charge. Did the work right this time."

"Insurance recommened, came to Caliber after involved in an accident in which someone side swiped my bumper. Very happy with the service, they even vacuumed and washed my car before returning it to me. I was concerned with matching the color, I have a bright blue fiat. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
