"I was in a wreck. My fault. Although I had choices, one of them was to take my car to Caliber Collision, Las Cruces, on Telshore for an estimate. I am sure glad I did. I had Caliber do the repairs and rented a car from Enterprise which is co-located with Caliber. Everything went so smoothly and both businesses coordinated with my insurance companies. All the people did everything to make this as fast, easy, and painless as it could be. The repair work is great and they even detailed the car afterward. "Caliber Collision was one of three suggested paint and body shops which have already been vetted and approved by our insurance carrier. After making several calls and two visits to shops not on the list, I settled on Caliber and am very happy that I did. What makes this a true 5-Star business for me, aside from the excellent workmanship and attention to detail, is the customer service provided by the staff. The young man at the front desk greets all customers with a genuine smile and a friendly welcome. Karen O, Service Advisor, assessed the damage to the vehicle and gave me the estimate, explaining the entire process from prep through finish. She called and kept me informed of the progress on the repairs. There was a longer delay in delivery than anticipated, due to the original work not meeting Karen's quality inspection. She supplied a rental vehicle (Enterprise) on Caliber's tab to avoid the inconvenience. Her professionalism and knowledge, made the entire experience stress-free. Awesome job, Caliber!" - Veronica

At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
