"Perfection. Customer Service (Amy) was great. Perfect. Rental Car rep (Maria / Enterprise) was waiting for me with a car at 7:30 in the morning. But best of all my Lexus came out of the shop looking like a brand new Lexus. Perfection. I had heard they had a new manager... Jason... and I quote what a competitor said, "Jason knows the business / has been in the business for a long time / and has hired the best." Obviously. Another company had supposedly taken care of a dent but it didn't look right to me. So I took it to Caliber and Jason looked at it and new exactly where the dent had been. And where the paint job started and stopped. A true professional. Now my SUV is perfect. That kind of expertise makes a difference. Really, truly... perfect until the next ding at the King Supers/Target parking lot."

"I got my truck back yesterday and it looks brand new. They did an excellent job of fixing my accident dents as well as detailing it out. I’m very pleased with the quality of the work done here. This was not my first time using them and it won’t be my last.Yes please. My truck may be an older model but it sure doesn’t look like it! The people that work there really seem to care. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
