Our Los Angeles - Non-Drive location is comprised of Non-Drive collision repair teams specially trained to determine the extent of a large repair, properly estimate the cost of the repair and then repair the vehicle back to certified pre-accident condition using the latest in parts and repair technologies.

"The customer service at Caliber Collision is unlike anything I have ever experienced. These guys will literally go above and beyond in any and every facet possible when it comes to getting things right. I had a very extensive repair (over 17K) that I was very hesitant about because of how involved it was. Initially my repair was to be dropped off at the Downtown (Pico) location because of the close proximity to my house. They changed it to the Ladera location because they were less backed up and could take care of the repair faster - they first asked me then took it upon themselves to get a tow truck and get it moved within 2 days of calling me - very happy about this. Because of the complexity of using insurance to get approval for certain jobs, this was a long process, but one that they almost entirely took care of themselves. They would call my insurance for me, book appointments with the dealership, and take care of a lot to the paperwork. Brian and Tony at Ladera - the managers - were nothing short of amazing when assisting me in this lengthly process. Brian would call me every week with an update, even if it was to tell me that things would take a little longer than expected. After completion, Tony personally walked me thorough everything that they did for me and told me that if I have any issues in the future to call him personally to get them addressed. As you can imagine, with a 17k repair, there were a couple things after that needed to be re-touched. Tony did took care of these things without hesitation and often had turn-around-times in less than 48 hours which is unheard of in any industry, let alone the auto-repair industry. Even when we had to request more funds from geico, he did not make me call them to be on hold for hours, but they took care of everything, AND EVEN PUT ME IN A COURTESY RENTAL (multiple times!). A couple months afterwards I had an issue with a tire that needed to be replaced, and I asked them to take another look at my alignment and to verify that everything was ok. Because there were multiple branches involved, the regional manager, Jack, was the one to reach out to me directly. I told him the entire story and he promised that they would get this right for me. I ended up taking my car to the pico location where I worked with Alex, because it was closer to my apartment. Even though he wasn’t the one who did the original repair, he took me in as if he were working on the car for months. He kindly transferred my car to the Ladera location, had them inspect it, and brought it back to me. This was 24-hour turn around time (and they even gave me a ride to where I needed to go after dropping the car off). They assured me that everything of ok, readjusted my alignment and checked all the other symptoms I was having with the car. They brought my car back to the downtown location WASHED, VACUUMED, AND FULL OF GAS -WHO DOES THAT?? Incredible. I didn’t ask any of them to do this and they truly went above and beyond to ensure me that I felt taken care of and that I was valued as a customer. I have had many issues in my life with cars, but never have I ever had this level of customer service by any estimation. These guys, Jack, Tony, Brian and Alex are absolutely phenomenal. They stand behind their work, and when things go awry they are extremely quick to get on top of things and make them right. When it comes to reviews/feedback - people are quick to complain, and slow to be thankful, but this entire experience was too positive and too incredible to not share my story. For as long as I have a car I will only get work done at Calliber Collisions - I will also be referring all of my patients, friends and Family.
