"I just purchased a 2018 Red Mustang convertible a few months earlier. Well, I was sitting still and a lady hit my right front fender. This was my wife's car and she was not happy. I took it to Caliber. Liz helped me. Made me an appointment for the following Monday. She told me that way it possibly would be done by the end of the week. Anyway, I dropped it off to Liz. She told me that she would tear the car apart and she would call me by the end of that Monday. I thought "Yea right". She called me at about 3:00PM. I could not believe it. I got at least one text per day with updates all week. Then she called me Thursday and said possibly done Friday. I could not believe it. It was done. She cleaned the whole car and had it backed in like it was on display. And man did it shine. It was sparkling. So I just want to say if anybody needs paint or body work, go there and ask for Liz. You will not be sorry. You will feel good when you drop it off. And you will be blown away when you pick it up. She has the perfect customer service. They have a saying that most do not follow " Under promise and over deliver" Liz exceeded my expectations in more ways than one. Liz, I wish I would have found you years ago. At Caliber Collision, the safety and health of our customers and teammates is our highest priority. We will continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and local public health officials as we adjust our business practices in order to address current challenges.

First, we want you to know that we are taking the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic seriously. Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life® means that we are taking extra preventative measures to protect our customers, teammates and everyone who enters our centers to keep them safe and healthy.

Each one of us is our own best defense against this virus.

Additionally, below are a few of the steps that we are taking:

  • Centers are cleaned and disinfected twice daily.
  • Our teammates will respect your space and will warmly greet you without a handshake. We will allow for adequate space between our teammates and customers (3-6 feet) during in-person interactions.
  • We ask that all customers remove all personal items from vehicles at drop-off.
  • We will provide digital paperwork if you prefer.
  • Customer vehicles are disinfected after all repairs are completed.
  • Our teammates are dedicated to hand washing between personal interactions and as many times as possible throughout the day. We encourage our customers to join us with frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
  • If you become sick, please visit our centers at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
