"Fantastic experience! Had to get a quick professional opinion on a little something I had just done to my husband's car and I was blown away by the customer service and overall outcome. The women that greeted me were so nice and accommodating, and then the service rep Gerado was awesome! I got a professional opinion and a quick and easy courtesy fix. "I've had a very good experience with this location. I was rear ended and the insurance company of the girl that hit me uses caliber collision as one of their premier service providers. I did a lot of research online and on yelp and overall caliber collision had some pretty good reviews (someone left a hilarious one on the cedar hill location So even though this location only had one review at the time (a 5 star review) I went ahead and went with this one since it was easy for me to get to you. From start to finish they made it really easy. When I called to ask some questions a very nice lady, Jessica, I believe, Answered my questions. I didn't get any attitude like you sometimes get when you call places and ask questions over the phone she was just pleasant. She was also the same person to greet me when I showed up to drop off my vehicle. That was a very easy process as well. I filled out papers and a very nice gentleman came out to my car with me to look at the damage. They were very thorough. Using one color they marked all the damage that was caused by the accident. Using another color they marked all the existing damage that was there before I brought my truck in( door dings and such). They sent me text messages along the way to keep me updated on the progress and even gave me a phone call to let me know that they would try to have it done by Friday but it could possibly be Monday or Tuesday. They actually had it done that Thursday which was very nice. Picking it up was also very easy. The nice lady at the front gave me a summary of all the work that was done on my vehicle and the same nice man brought my truck up to the front and looked at it with me before I got in and drove off. "I had a slight mishap during a rain storm that broke all the clips fastening the front bumper to the body of my car. I had used very strong tape to adhere it so that no further damage would occur. Unfortunately, with the hot weather the tape was beginning to come undone. I called Caliber Collision to see when and if they could schedule me to get the bumper replaced. They were easy to work with and told me to drop my car off the next day. I went into the shop and was promptly greeted by the front desk. They had me fill out some basic paperwork regarding contact information before an attendant walked outside with me to mark the location of the damage. There were vehicles in the lot with far more severe damage and yet Caliber was able to have my bumper replaced and painted two days after I dropped it off. My car looks brand new and has a lifetime warranty of the bumper work. Prices were extremely fair. Please note that this location does not accept cash as they don't have any way for giving you change! I made the mistake of cashing the insurance check but had to return to the bank to issue a money order instead. I am very satisfied with the timeliness of the repair as well as the service received." - Chris
"I had quite a few issues that needed to be fixed that the previous shop clearly missed and/or performed a poor repair on. There were issues with alignment, parts missing, paint match and body work. I was skeptical about taking my Jeep to a shop which just opened and had no reviews. However, I'm very glad I took the chance...
Gerardo was a pleasure to work with and made meticulous notes of all of the issues. He did what he said he would do and quickly followed-up with the previous repair shop to get the necessary repairs approved and moving forward. When I picked up the vehicle he greeted me, along with his manager Mario, and we all went over the vehicle together to make sure everything was resolved. The car was vacuumed, washed and tires armor all'd. They even fixed a few issues I hadn't noticed!
I did notice 2 small issues, a slight door alignment issue and a little orange peel in the clear coat, but they didn't argue or try to justify the issues. They simply wanted to make it right. I was given his mobile number so I could let them know when I was bringing it in to get those items fixed. When I brought it in, they very quickly had the issues resolved and completely met my expectations within ~1 hr.
The final result was the paint matched dead-on, the body work issues were resolved, the missing parts were present and it drove like new. I didn't have to argue with them or press for things to be made right. They simply wanted to make things right and took pride in their work. The manager also offered to fix 2 other small dents once they get their paintless dent/hail repair team setup as a courtesy for the previous issues I experienced.
That's real service that many shops don't offer these days. I will gladly use this shop again in the future."
