"State Farm sent me here to repair by rear bumper, it was repaired and ready for pick up a week after bringing it it, although technically a day later than they had originally promised but that was no issue for me. I got updates through text which kept me informed up until the initial pick up date to which I figured I should call to make sure that maybe I didn't miss a call/text from them since I work in an area with bad signal. These are texts I got. Friday: "We are on track for tuesday" Monday: "We are nearing completion" Tuesday: NOTHING, so I called and was met with a rude receptionist. I had no issue if it was going to take another day or two I just wanted to know but she seemed upset that I even had the audacity to call. Me : "Hello, I'd like to know what the status on my car is please" Her : *heavily sighs* and says in a very obvious annoyed tone "Well, you should know by the messages we send out" Me: "Yes, but the messages aren't very clear on if it's still going to be ready today or not, I just want to know if I need to pick it up" Her: "It should say it on the messages" and it went on like this for a while until I went ahead on blamed it on my signal that I probably didn't get that day's message. The rest of the conversation was fairly similar, when she asked what name the car was under I told her either Henriquez (my last name) or James (My husbands last name) and she proceeded to ask in a frustrated tone "Are you sure it's not Hernandez????" Seriously? Do people frequently forget their own last names? Is that a thing? There were more things that pointed to either her incompetence or just blatant lack of wanting to be there. Honestly the whole interaction was just a joke. I was nice the whole time, never angry, said please and thank you but It wasn't till the very end that she finally told me my car was not complete that her tone changed. An hour later I got a text saying my completion date would be changing from the 13th to the 14th *insert eye roll here*. SO clearly I never got that text to begin with. Besides that my car came back clean and fixed and looks great, Darrel did a great job communicating with me what was going on up until someone else had to contact me while he took some time off. Again, the fact that it happen is no big deal to me but that lady's attitude was my real issue."

"The body work was done excellently. Unfortunately I did not know they outsourced mechanical work and my car was not prepared properly the first time.
