They did an excellent job on my car and resolved the issue on the alleged damage on the rental that didn't occur. "My new (used) car was hit while parked in the lot of my apartment building and I was devastated. After notifying the police, I searched for a collision center who specialized in Ford vehicles and couldn't find one close by. Then I remembered my granddaughter hit a deer during the October snow storm, so I called her. She referred me to Caliber Collision. First of all, they were just super nice and put me right at ease. Then they explained the process with my insurance and said they would keep in contact via email and they did. I got updates every other day on the status of the insurance adjustment and the repairs. I was told that my car would be ready around the 17th of January, it was ready the 9th. When I got to the center I was amazed. I have pics of the car before I drove it off the dealership lot and when I was hit and Caliber Collision restored my car to the way it looked the day I bought it. They are tops in my book. "On Dec.1,2019 ( Sunday) Our area was hit with Rain that was freezing rain. The streets were slippery. I slid into the telephone pole out front of my house. I called my insurance company and they offered me three places to get my car fix and have a rental car waiting for me. So I called T & C Collision and they told me the soonest they could get my car in is around the 26th Of January 2020. Because they had a lot of accidents from all the Deer's. Mean while my car was not drive able, under the new York state law ( busted tail light ) my insurance company stated. Then I called Star Collision and I explained to the woman my situation and she said it will probably take that long to get into their shop. Then I prayed and called the last place on the list, Caliber Collision. The young lady ( Tylar) who answered the phone said come right over and I said , " how long will it take before my car will get taking care of ? She said, " right a away." So the next day Dec. 4th 2019 I brought my car their and Hertz had some one there at the time I said to take me to my rental. (Which only cost me $5.00 a day. Thank you State Farm). I have to admit. When I walked In I felt like I've been there before. So as I was writing my check for my deposit. I mentioned to the girl there use to be a company on this street named Macco and they messed up my car before (2007 Toyota Camry) . I swore I would never go back there again. Then Tylar mentioned that this use to be Macco, but now it is Caliber Collision. So Of course, I didn't write my check. I said I will wait until the car is finished. Tylar said no problem . You don't have to pay until the car is finished. So Mike called me Monday, Wednesday to keep me informed on the status of my car. Then on Thursday Dec. 12 at 5 pm. I received a call that my car was ready to pick up. Mean while they closed in 30 min. and I was still at work. They said they will wait. When I got there and saw my car I was amazed. The car looked brand new. They even cleaned the inside of my car. It looked brand new. I will never hesitate again. And they guarantee the work for as long as I own the car. They finished the work in a timely manner. I got notification through the entire process which I thought was great and I would definitely recommend this shop if you need repairs done on your car or even regular service done.
